HEPSEN ULKER

I was born in Bursa and completed my secondary and high school education in Bursa. I graduated from Marmara University Business, Administration and Marketing Department,  whose Education language is in English. After that, I completed the MBA program at Babson College, Boston, USA. During my school years, I worked as a professional tourist guide in the Marmara Region. In my banking career, which I started after my education and lasted 19 years, I worked in the Corporate Banking Sales and Credit Departments at Yapı Kredi Bankası for 13 years. In 1998 when I became the mother of twin girls, that MOMENT  came for me, just as it comes  for any working woman:

I have chosen to BE A MOTHER. Although I did not give a break for my work life, I returned to Bursa, the city where I was born, and continued my banking career there. In 2002, I became the Marmara SME Regional Director at Fortis Bank.  In 2009, I was at another crossroads in my career. I chose my family and started to do my own business in the city where I was born and earned my living afterward. I became the head of the auto sales and services department at the SUBARU BURSA Auto Dealership, which is our family business. At the same time, I was in charge of the finance and human resources department of our family business ÜLKER  Food, which was a  newly growing company at that time. Meanwhile, I had the opportunity to get in touch with various associations and foundations in Bursa. BUKIAD and TKYD are two of them, and I am still a member of them.

I was well aware of the importance of coaching training. Therefore, in 2013, I decided to have coaching training, as I thought it would contribute greatly to my business and myself, and received my certificate from Erickson Turkey in İstanbul. Again, with the same awareness, I had training from ActionCOACH/USA in 2025 to specialize in the field of BUSINESS COACHING and became the Bursa Partner of ActionCOACH with accreditation of being a BUSINESS COACH.

 Today, as the partner of ActionCOACH, which is the number one business coaching firm in the world, in Bursa, I feel the happiness of helping business owners to achieve their dreams, accompanying them in their restructuring and growth process, and contributing to business owners and their teams in their continuous learning and earning more money.

In addition, as the first and only MASTER COACH in the coaching sector in Turkey, I am glad to train new business coaches in BOTH MY COUNTRY AND IN THE WORLD, beginning from February 2019

I also received my certificate in the field of “Executive Coaching”,  which is my favorite and I have benefitted from a lot in my past experiences, from ActionCOACH/USA in August 2020. 

If you ask my passions, I am really into continuously learning, reading, watching movies, having different experiences by travelling and discovering new tastes, taking underwater photos and sharing all of these!
